RHOBH – Dorit Kemsley Has Some Fun After Husband Gets $1.2 Million Lawsuit Dismissed
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has a reason to celebrate after her husband PK’s $1.2 million legal battle finally came to an end last week. Dorit got all glammed up over the weekend for a photoshoot, and she shared a glimpse of the shoot on Instagram after spending time with PK and the kids.
Dorit wore black from head-to-toe during her photoshoot, along with an extremely long braided ponytail that hit at her ankles. In the caption, she wrote, “Girls just wanna have fun.” Dorit’s RHOBH co-star Lisa Rinna chimed in in the comments section, writing “Pony!!!!!!!” while RHOA’s Marlo Hampton simply posted four fire emojis.

The post comes just days after PK’s creditor Nicos Kirzis informed the court that he was dismissing his lawsuit against PK “with prejudice,” which means he can’t file another claim in the future. It’s unclear why Kirzis suddenly changed his mind after he fought for months to get PK to pay up.
Kirzis even cleaned out nearly $30,000 out of one of Doris’ bank accounts during the battle – with the court’s permission – and earlier this month he accused PK of hiding money in Dorit’s other bank accounts, and he also attempted to seize money from an account PK has in the UK.
Chances are PK paid Kirzis what he owed, or they were able to reach some type of settlement agreement outside of court.
According to The Blast, Dorit and PK’s financial troubles are far from over, as they were hit with two federal tax liens for unpaid back taxes. The first lien was against both PK and Dorit for more than $600,000 after the couple reportedly failed to pay their taxes in 2015. The second lien was just against PK for nearly $300,000 in unpaid taxes for 2014 and 2016. The total of both liens equals $925,210.90.

Dorit and PK are also facing a lawsuit from a former business partner who claims the couple owes him more than $200,000 after he loaned them money for Dorit’s bikini business.
Will any of Dorit’s financial or legal troubles be part of her story line during the next season of RHOBH? Fans will have to wait and find out. But so far, Bravo has cut out any mention of Dorit’s money problems.
The new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will premiere on Bravo in early 2020.
