A few days have passed since Tekashi 69’s album was officially launched after last weekend it got leaked online. Currently, DUMMY BOY is fighting for the top spot on the Billboard charts, and no one is even surprised.

We have to admit that his project is quite unique and the interest in the young rapper’s music seems to be continually increasing.
By the look of things, only one element stays in the way of the first spot on Billboard: Travis Scott and his Astroworld.

Hot New Hip Hop reports that 69’s album has ‘features including Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Gunna, Lil Baby, Tory Lanez, and others, people were excited to tune in. ‘
Just after a few days since it was made available, Tekashi has already moved about 60-65K equivalent album units.

EXCLUSIVE REPORT: #NOBAIL TEKASHI69 PLEADS NOT GUILTY IN COURT

Tekashi69 ' s got a date with the judge - - he got a trial date in court Monday morning after he entered a plea in his federal racketeering case .

The rapper - - who has been behind bars since Nov . 18 - - was in court , where he entered a not guilty plea. The judge set his trial date for September 4 . That ' s a long way off and , at least for now, it seems 6 ix 9 ine will remain behind bars for much of that period . . . if not all of it.
The issue of bail was not addressed in court .

As we reported , his attorney , Lance Lazzaro , plans to apply for bail directly to the trial judge. Tekashi was denied bail when Lazzaro offered to pay $ 750 k , surrender his passport and remain on house arrest.
TMZ broke the story . . . Tekashi and 2 former associates , including his manager , Shottie, were arrested by federal agents on racketeering and other serious charges . According to his indictment , obtained by TMZ , Tekashi and his crew conspired to commit a slew of crimes , including drug deals , armed robberies and shootings.

The feds believe Tekashi himself pulled an armed robbery on April 3 along with his ex- manager , Shottie, and 2 other members of the Nine Trey Bloods .
The indictment also mentions the April 21 shooting incident at Barclays Center in Brooklyn . . . and fingers Fuguan Lovick as the trigger man . In all , the indictment lists 17 counts dating back to 2013 .

As we first reported . . . Tekashi was moved to a new detention center just in time for Thanksgiving . . . and , so far, he ' s having a rough time of it there .

Rapper, 6ix9ine Moved to Federal Prison for Snitches, Video Shows Him Ordering Hit On Rappers Relative

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was arrested last week on federal racketeering and firearm charges. According to published reports , he was moved to another federal facility for his protection.
According to TMZ, the facility is used to house witnesses who cooperate with authorities.
Tekashi, born Daniel Hernandez, was moved by U.S. Marshalls to a federal facility in NY on Wednesday. He was moved after his lawyer and authorities said his life was in danger.

Hernandez's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, says his client is "An entertainer who portrays a 'gangster image' to promote his music."
There is new evidence that the troubled 22-year-old rapper may have personally ordered a hit on a relative of a rival rapper, Chief Keef.
According to a new video obtained by TMZ, Hernandez is seen speaking to Tadoe, the cousin of Chief Keef, via the app FaceTime.
The Brooklyn rapper asking Tadoe if he would be with Chief Keef at the rapper's hotel in New York.

After confirming Tadoe's whereabouts, Tekashi tells his associates he has $30,000 for a hit on Tadoe. Last week, a judge denied the rapper's request for bail, saying he was dangerous and could order violent acts if he were to be released. Hernandez faces life in prison if convicted on all charges.

Tekashi69 and 50 Cent were in harm's way during the filming of a music video, when someone opened fire.Witnesses say someone in a white Porsche with New Jersey license plates fired at least 11 shots during filming in Brooklyn Tuesday at around 10:30 PM.

Based on the shell casings it appears the shooter use a 9 mm semi-automatic weapon. No one was hit.Tekashi and 50 were on set at the time of the shooting, along withCasanovaandUncle Murda. Sources connected to the situation believe the shooter wasn't targeting any of the rappers, but law enforcement sources aren't so sure.

Although no one is connecting prior incidents, you may recall earlier this yearsomeone fired shotsatChief Keef, and at the time Keef was beefing withTekashi. Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, appeared in court with a team of minders after he broke the terms of his probation.Assistant District Attorney Sara Weiss told the supreme court in Manhattan that he had done so by being arrested twice.‘He has violated his pleaagreement,’ Assistant District Attorney Sara Weiss told Manhattan Supreme Court. ‘The defendant should be sentenced to a state prison sentence of one to three years.

’The 22-year-old was arrested on Wednesday at John F. Kennedy Airport after returning from the European leg of the tour, having missed a court date in a case in which he’s accused of choking a 16-year-old in Houston’s Galleria Mall back in January.He was also busted in Brooklyn in May for unlicensed driving, and accused of assaulting a cop and obstruction of governmental administration.6ix9ine’s original crime occurred in October 2015, and has pleaded guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.

According to a police report, the incident involved a 13-year-old girl who was seen ‘engaging in oral intercourse’ with Taquan Anderson, who was also charged, while Tekashi stood behind her and made thrusting motions with his pelvis.

In another video, the girlwas seen sitting naked on Tekashi’s lap while Anderson groped her breasts.Sentencing for 6ix9ine is scheduled to take place on October 2.

FORBES Writer Slams Nicki Minaj for Working with Tekashi69

A Forbes writer criticized rapper Nicki Minaj for collaborating with troubled rapper Tekashi69, aka 6ix9ine and bringing him on her tour with rapper Future Hendrix.

Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, took a plea deal when he was charged with 3 felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor under age 15. He was 18 at the time and he faced 15 years in prison if convicted.

Nicki’s brother, Jelani Maraj was convicted of predatory sexual assault of a child younger than 13 last year. He is currently in jail awaiting sentencing.

Forbes writer Bryan Rolli dragged Nicki for collaborating with the alleged sex abuser and attacking a female blogger who was later fired for tangling with Nicki on social media.

In his Forbes piece, Rolli slammed Nicki for playing “the victim when it fits her narrative.

Tekashi69 is a free man - - for now - - after posting bail.
69 was behind bars in New York after NYPD hooked him up over a misdemeanor battery charge for allegedly roughing up a kid in Harris County , Texas .

He was taken to Rikers where he was awaiting extradition , but the judge allowed him to post $ 150 k bail with the promise he'd fly back to Harris County and surrender himself .

Tekashi was true to his word , flying to TX over the weekend and showing up just after midnight Monday with his attorney Carl Moore where he surrendered, posted $ 5 k bail and walked out .

The rapper was dressed in a white dress shirt and pink tie .
His arraignment is set for Friday but we 're hearing he may be in court Monday morning .. . it 's unclear why he'd have to show up before the arraignment.

The misdemeanor carries a maximum of 1 year in jail .

TMZ - Tekashi69 vacate to Rikers' Contagious Unit For His Safety

Tekashi69 has been transferred to a high-security facility on Rikers Island known as the Contagious Disease Unit, ironically, to keep him in good health ... TMZ has learned.Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper was sent to the 140-cell portion of the NY jail, which is mainly used to house inmates battling illness.

It's also used to house high-profile or celebrity inmates who, for their own safety, can't be in generalpopulation -- and Tekashi falls under that category.We're told 6ix9ine is being held in isolation, and will have ZERO contact with other inmates ... even when he's taken outside for his hour of recreation. Inside the facility he'll only have contact with correctional officers.
