Paris Jackson defends her Father Micheal Jackson amid "Leaving Neverland" controversy, says he "has a good heart"

Paris Jackson says her father Michael Jackson is innocent of the sex abuse allegations made against him in the documentary "Leaving Neverland" but he's being accused because that's what they do "to everyone with a good heart."

The model/actress made this statement in a tweet shared shortly after the documentary aired.

In the documentary, two men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck claim the late "King of Pop"sexually abused them when they were children.

TV viewers took to social media to comment on the documentary. And his daughter, Paris replied to one of the tweets to defend her father. She said he's being attacked because they do that to everyone who has a good heart but she assured her father's supporters that they won't succeed.

According to reports, Paris "hasn’t watched" Leaving Neverland and Jackson’s estate are suing HBO for $100million over the documentary. 

The Jackson family have accused Robson and Safechuck of "trying to make money", though HBO revealed they had no "financial interest* in the documentary and were not paid to appear in it. 

Reacting to Leaving Neverland, Jackie Jackson, Michael’s brother, said:

I know my brother. He’s my little brother. I know my brother. He’s not like that.

Back in 2017, Paris addressed the allegations against her dad in an interview with Rolling Stone. 

She said at the time:

Picture your parent crying to you about the world hating him for something he didn’t do. For me, he was the only thing that mattered.

To see my entire world in pain, I started to hate the world because of what they were doing to him. I’m like, How can people be so mean?

This is the first time Paris has been seen in public since a Jan. 15 report from People claimed she checked herself into a treatment center to focus on her physical and emotional well-being. “After a busy year of work engagements that took her all over the globe, Paris decided that she needed to take some time off to reboot, realign and prioritize her physical and emotional health,” a source close to Michael Jackson’s daughter told the outlet. “She checked herself into a treatment facility to aid in her wellness plan and is looking forward to coming out of this revitalized and ready to tackle the exciting new projects that await her.”
Within a day the news got back to Paris, who it turned out had just unplugged from her phone and social media. She posted a message to Instagram that read: “The media is exaggerating per usual. Yes i’ve taken a break from work and social media and my phone because it can be too much sometimes, and everyone deserves a break, but i am happy and healthy and feeling better than ever!” Paris even teased “new music” from her and Gabriel that’ll arrive soon — it looks like the lovers took a break from band rehearsals to go on the shopping date pictured below!

Prince wore a red band leader jacket, white t-shirt and black pants similar to the costume his father wore onstage during his concerts.

On Friday Paris Jackson demonstrated her sartorial prowess once again as she attended a seasonal Moschino event.

The daughter of pop legend Michael Jackson opted to put her legs on display in a rose colored frock that barely skimmed her thighs.

Accessories included a small backpack covered in patches, a white motorcycle jacket slung over her right shoulder and a plethora of necklaces and bracelets. Pictures below:
