#BBNaija Ebuka shuts down Alex - You centered your life around Cee-C,Tobi and Leo

During last night’s Big Brother Naija finale, things got a little bit heated between former housemate, Alex and the show’s host, Ebuka.

Alex had tackled Ebuka expressing her displeasure at the questions asked during the polygraph test.

She revealed she failed because the strap to her arm was too tight and slammed the fact that her questions were centered around CeeC, Leo and Tobi.

When Ebuka asked her what else they should have asked, she said they should have asked about her life as her life shouldn’t be centered around those three people.

Ebuka shut her down saying “she centered her life around them”

Big Brother Naija 2019 - Ebuka reacts to aspirant putting their photos side-by-side with the show’s logo

Media personality and Host of the Big Brother Naija Show, has reacted to pictures of ‘aspiring contestants’ putting their pictures side-by-side with the Big Brother Logo, soliciting for support when the Audition hasn’t even started.

This came after a Twitter user inquired; @dstvnigeria pls did you guys give out information for people to start attaching their pictures with the BBN logo and solicit for support Cos I’ve been seeing a lot of that? @africamagictv @Ebuka
Ebuka responded thus; “Like, are your followers the ones auditioning? Or you think if auditions were done on social media that wouldn’t have been specifically announced? I don’t get”


Continuing he wrote; “In fact, you’re probably even doing yourself more harm. A major element of Big Brother is secrecy and surprise but you think announcing your intentions on social media is a bright idea… Toh!”

A user then replied; “They probably thinking if they even get voted in to the #BBNaija house. More followes = more votes.”

Then Ebuka responded; “If the organizers wanted people with followers on the show, they know exactly where to get them. More than half the housemates last season had less than 1000 Instagram followers on the day the show started.”

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu's daughter, Jeweluchi is 2-year-old today. Her excited dad shared photos of her saying she is indeed God's messenger to them.

"We have a 2 year old!!! So surreal... Happy birthday Jeweluchi. You’re really God’s messenger to us. The love is eternal", he wrote.

Her mom, Cynthia also wrote; "My little princess is 2 today ! Thank you lord for blessing me with a beautiful, healthy and intelligent child ".

BBNaija - Cee-c speaks on her relationship with show host, Ebuka

Controversial Big Brother Naija 2018 first runner up, Cee-c has opened up on the reported relationship with show host, Ebuka Obi Uchendu.

While the show was on, reports emerged that Cee-c was dating Ebuka before he got married.
But in an interview with Media Room on Wednesday, Cee-c denied having a relationship with Ebuka.

Cee-c said she was surprised to hear about her relationship with Ebuka, because she only met him during a pageant and for a Business presentation.

She said, ”This is one of the things that surprised me when I got out of Big Brother house because I never suggested that I and Ebuka dated. He is a married man for God’s sake.
”The first time I mentioned Ebuka in the show was when he asked us of our role model and I kept saying he is, because he is a lawyer and so am I.

”I kept wondering how he is relevant in the industry, despite not being an actor or an artist.

”I have met Ebuka outside the house, but it was not like a personal meeting, it was just during a beauty pageant he was hosting and I was a contestant. I remember I also had a business proposal and I wanted to work with him because he is a brand influencer.

”I also remember I met him and did a presentation before the house, that was the only time I met him. It is possible Ebuka might not remember me cause he met a lot of people.

”This even happened months before the show. When I was doing the Big Brother thing, he never contacted me and I didn’t either.”

#BBNaija2018 Host, Ebuka reveals how housemates were picked

Big Brother Naija 2018 host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has revealed how housemates were chosen on the just concluded reality show.

Ebuka in an Interview with BeatFM said housemates were picked based on their different characters.

He said contrary to rumours that Tobi was picked because he worked with Heritage bank, the sponsors of the reality show were not part of the auditions and they could not have chosen housemates.

Ebuka said, ”housemates were picked for different reasons. Khloe for example was picked for drama, Vandora was a happy girl.
”It is not all about talent, you never know what they are looking for in the audition.

”There will be a drama person, a happy person, housemates’ characters are mixed.

”So, if for example 2 dramatic persons have been picked already, they will move to the next character.
”They have a template of what they want from housemates, it depends on them.

“The auditioners also realized that some housemates try so hard to be someone else in the house; maybe they got intimated by other characters or they tried so hard to be what they are not in the audition.”
Ebuka, however, advised prospective housemates for 2019 to be themselves.

#BBNaija - CeeC reacts to Ebuka’s denial of meeting her before reality show

Big Brother Naija 2018 ex-housemate, Cee-c spoken on the claim made by the show host, Ebuka, that he never met her before the show.

A Photo of Ebuka and Cee-C at an event he (Ebuka) hosted went viral yesterday after he denied ever meeting her during an interview with Toolz on Beat FM on Friday.

This got tongues wagging as many felt he has really met her and was just covering up.

Reacting in an Instagram post, Cee-C defended Ebuka, saying, “I have a lot to address and answer but I will address this particular issue.
“An interview of someone I respect, admire and see as my mentor was drawn to my attention.

“Like I said in the house, I met @ebuka at an event he hosted. The fact that you meet somebody doesn’t mean that the person has to remember you.

“@ebuka is huge in this industry and probably meets over 100,000 people a week. So therefore, he has every right to say he has not met me.

“What I said in the house was from the view of someone who does not understand the industry.
“Guys, I have met and had conversation with a lot of people this week that would as well say they have met me and I can’t even remember.

“To my fans, I do appreciate you all for always having my back. Where did you guys get that picture from? I advise we take it easy with the bashing, negativity, etc.”

#BBNaija - Ebuka revealed how Cee-c insulted him

Big Brother Naija 2018 host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has revealed that controversial housemate, Cee-c insulted him while in the reality show.



Ebuka told BeatFM, that Cee-c claimed he was her role model and wanted to follow his footsteps but changed her mind after he questioned her on the live show.


The host disclosed that Cee-c, who was known for not being nice to visitors in the house, insulted him when he asked her a question.

He said she slightly insulted me when I asked her about her statement that other housemates were not on her level. 

Then a few days later, she was taking with Khloe and she said I don't want him to be my role model anymore.


Khloe asked who, she said that one that was asking me questions anyhow.

I found that offensive, that is not a nice thing to say, I was only doing my job.

Big Brother Naija 2018 reality television show host, Ebuka Obi Uchendu has opened up on the reported relationship with ex-housemate, Cee-c.

While the show was going on, reports emerged that Cee-c was dating Ebuka before entering the show.

Cee-c had also, in one of her chats with fellow housemates, stated that she met the show host before entering Big Brother house.
But in an interview with Beat FM on Friday, Ebuka denied meeting the ex-housemate before.

He said Cee-c said so many things that she could not even defend.
According to him, “She said something in the house that got mixed interpreted. She said she drove to my house and we had a conversation that made me put her into the reality show.

“Apparently she came to marketed something to me, in some event, I mean, I attend so many event in Lagos. I’m not supposed to remember everybody.

“Apparently, this happened at Terraculture, nothing about this came to my mind until I heard what she said during the show.
“To the best of my knowledge, the first time I met Cee-c was when I spoke to her on stage during the show.

“The reason I didn’t debunk it was because I wanted it to die naturally. It was a very stupid rumour and I didn’t want to give life.

“I think she has crush on me. But I don’t know what else she has on her head. I’ve never spoken to her except while in the house when I was doing my job.”

Big Brother Naija 2018 host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has reacted to claims that housemate, Cee-C is his ex-girlfriend.

Recall that Cee-C was few weeks ago alleged to be his sister-in law .
But this time, reports over the weekend claimed that Cee-C is Ebuka’s ex-girlfriend and that he brought her to the reality show to compensate her.

This is coming after Cee-C opened up on how she met the show host, Ebuka to make way for her in the reality show.

Ebuka’s rumoured affair therefore raised eyebrows and comments as Nigerians queried him for bringing his former lover to the reality show.
However, in what appears like an attack,

@Ebuka said the rumour mongers were very unintelligent and bored.

His reply to a tweet goes thus,

“I don’t understand first Cee-C was Ebuka’s wife sister now she is his ex girlfriend. What is next,?

“People are obviously very very unintelligent and bored. Idiots all!” – Ebuka added.

Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate, Cee-C shocked viewers by revealing that she met show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu to make way for her in the reality show.

Recall that rumours surfaced sometime ago that the housemate is a sister-in-law to Ebuka. However, Ebuka’s wife, debunked the rumours.
While speaking on Sunday with fellow housemates about their careers, Cee-C boasted that she went and met Ebuka which reportedly paved way for her to be selected for the show, according to a reports.

“I know myself. I’m a f**king lawyer. People have been calling me, asking what is wrong with me, saying ‘girl come on! Go do your masters and face your career .’’

“But they don’t understand why I finish law school and decided to come to Big Brother Naija house .’’
“I know people. If I tell you how I met that one that came here yesterday (Ebuka) you won’t believe it.’’
“One day I drove my car to see him to tell him I want to be part of the show.’’

“When he asked my name and I told him, he was surprised based on ‘who I be.’’

“And just last week, we met Adesua. That is life. Just knowing people .” Cee-C revealed.

Viewers of the show had in the past accused the organizers of handpicking selected people for the show because of the people they known unlike last year’s edition. A former Big Brother Naija housemate, Gifty even expressed the same concern.
