OG Chijindu Hints At Basketball Wives Return After Accusing Cast Of Colorism

OG Chijindu had a rough season of Basketball Wives that aired this summer. After speculation that she was fired for being overly aggressive, the former football player hinted that she would be returning.

OG Chijindu and Evelyn Lozada went head to head almost coming to blows during the filming of the show. When the ladies took a trip overseas, OG was forced to sit out the final meal because of safety concerns and was also forced to tape in a different room during the reunion show.

Many wondered what was the difference between Malaysia Pargo throwing a table and Evelyn starting multiple fights that turned physical versus OG threatening to kill her co-stars.

The athlete felt that it was due to the color of her skin that she was labeled as more of a threat than others who behaved the same way. This opened a conversation about the deep-rooted issue that Shaunie O’Neal was made to address.

Shaunie told the host of the reunion that the difference between the original cast’s behavior and OG’s was that they knew each other longer and knew better than to actually put their hands on one another.

After criticism and speculation, fans felt that the series should be canceled after the negativity surrounding the latest season. However, Shaunie confirmed that they were renewed and no one has been fired yet.

OG Chijindu recently tweeted that the ‘third times a charm’ which made fans believe that she may be saying that she will be back for her third season on the show.

Meanwhile, Lozada, who has been deemed racist due to sharing an emoji of a monkey while feuding with her co-star (which she later denied was aimed at her) recently got baptized at Freedom Church.

The mother of two shared a photo from her experience accompanied by a caption that read: ‘This journey though personal is also about staying true to who I am, who HE is and what truly feeds my soul.’
