Singer Maluma And Natalia Barulich Separate After Two Years
According to a report from PageSix.com, Maluma and the model, Natalia Barulich, just broke up following two years of dating. In a statement, Natalia claimed she loved “Juan Luis very much,” but they had to break it off so they can continue to “grow as artists and individuals.”
The 25-year-old reggaeton artist met the California native when she appeared in his “Felices Los 4” music video shoot back in 2017. They first appeared together at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards although, it was controversial because he kissed one of the backup dancers onstage.
During a conversation with TMZ around that time, she said to reporters that despite kissing a backup dancer on stage at the VMAs, she wasn’t mad because he was doing what he must to put on a great performance and he “did just that.”
Moreover, the model added that she didn’t know the kiss was coming, and certainly didn’t want him to do it in front of the whole world, however, “he is Maluma.” Back in August, the model posted a photo of them together while they were hanging out in LA.
And in October, Maluma was seen hanging out with another model by the name of Winnie Harlow. An insider who spoke with the outlet claimed that the pair of 25-year-olds were “dancing closely,” while at a New York City nightclub following his show in Madison Square Garden.
At that point, all of the social media began wondering if Natalia and Muluma had already called it off. Moreover, earlier this week, Maluma and Winnie were spotted having dinner together at a Latin restaurant in Long Island City.
She later fueled romance rumors on Thursday when she commented under a shirtless picture on the singer’s IG profile. An insider who spoke with Page Six this past Friday stated that the artist was entirely “single.”
Born in Colombia, and known as his artist name, Maluma, née Juan Luis, the star first became successful in his home country before going onto success in the United States.
