Nick Jonas Defends Priyanka Chopra After Trolls Mock Her For Not Knowing His Age

Priyanka Chopra was mocked quite a lot by fans on social media after she got her husband, Nick Jonas’ age wrong. However, now, the singer insists that she really does know how old he is!

It all started with a post on Instagram that was meant to celebrate the singer and designer John Varvatos’ brand new tequila line.

In it, his wife referred to him as being 27 years old when he is actually one year younger [sort of]!

‘So proud. When you own your own tequila at 27!’ she wrote.

As you can imagine, the eagle eyed fans did not let it slip.

They just had to drag her for it, accusing the actress of not even knowing her husband’s age.

The reaction was definitely a bit too much, especially since Nick is turning 27 in less than two weeks!

Nick’s birthday is on September 16 so it’s very much possible that she was just thinking about the big party when she wrote that post.

It did not take long for the Jonas brother to learn about the backlash on social media and take to his IG Stories to defend his beloved wife.

‘Priyanka definitely knows my birthday everyone,’ he wrote alongside a meme that showed Priyanka as Batman, slapping the whole internet silly.

Furthermore, the actress decided to repost his original story and wrote alongside it: ‘Nuff said!”’

Speaking of age, there is a 10 year age difference between Priyanka and Nick, something people have been having issues with as well.

While chatting with InStyle earlier this year, she stated: ‘People gave us a lot of s**t about that and still do. I find it amazing that when you flip it and the guy’s older, no one cares and people actually like it.’
