Jigawa recovered N9.9m debts in three months - NSCDC

The Jigawa Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps said it recovered over N 9, 944 debts in the second quarter of 2018 .

Its Spokesman , SC Adamu Shehu , disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria in Dutse on Tuesday . Shehu said that the debts were recovered after the command received complaints from aggrieved creditors .

“ However, our Peace and Conflicts Resolution Unit had amicably resolved the disagreements between the debtors and their creditors, ” Shehu said .
He said that the Corps had handed over the recovered funds to their rightful owners after the resolution of the disagreements.

According to him , the Corps will continue to ensure that residents of the state lived in peace and harmony with one another.
NAN recalls that the command recovered over N 2. 72 million debts in the first quarter .
