Watch Violence Erupts At XXXTentacion Memorial — See Video From The Ground!

XXXTentacion 's life was marked with violence, and now his memorial was as well. An "impromptu" Los Angeles gathering for the rapper, who was shot and killed in Miami on Monday, had to be broken up after some of the 1,000 people gathered stopped traffic on Melrose Avenue, climbed on cars, and eventually began attacking police.

LAPD public information director Josh Rubenstein told TheWrap :
"The crowd began throwing chunks of concrete and bottles at our officers, one was struck in the leg. Non-lethal rounds were fired at those individuals to stop the action. The crowd eventually dispersed and nobody was transported to the hospital as a result of the crowd control and there were no arrests."
