Ronnie Magro Just Pled Not Guilty To Charges But He Will Not Be Able To See His Daughter Because Jen Harley Just Received A Protection Order Against Him

Ronnie Magro may think that he has a good case of being in the clear legally, but that doesn’t stop Jen Harley from trying to keep him away from her and now their daughter. After the Jersey Shore star pled not guilty to an array of charges, his baby mama was granted a protective order against him.

Recently, Ronnie has been spending time with Ariana Magro. The daddy-daughter duo took a trip to Disney just days after he was tased and removed from a house during a domestic violence altercation with Jen.

He even shared a photo that read ‘daddy’s girl’ to his Instagram account.

On Friday the reality star appeared in court to submit his plea for the trial that begins November 12.

His lawyer released a statement to the press that read: ‘The facts and circumstances around Ronnie’s arrest have been misreported and exaggerated, like we mentioned in the past. We are happy the District Attorney’s refused to file any charges and we look forward to addressing this matter with [the] City Attorney; until then, we will make no further comment.’

Simultaneously, Harley’s attorney requested a temporary protective order that covers both her and the baby.

This comes after the two seemingly posted indirect messages about each other via social media.

While Harley posted what she believed to be a good husband, Margo posted-and-deleted multiple costs for things that he bought for his ex-girlfriend.

Although they have had many fights that have leaked to the public, the latest incident was without a doubt the most violent and shocking — even more so than when Jen dragged him with her car!

This not only puts the 33-year-old in deep legal trouble but children and family services have been said to be getting in the middle of things after the latest drama.
