Miranda Lambert’s Hubby Says That Becoming A Cop Was The ‘Best Decision’ As It Led To Meeting The Love Of His Life!

Brendan McLoughlin is very happy with his career path, not just because he really enjoys being a cop but also because he found his wife, country singer Miranda Lambert, because of it! The man was previously in nursing school but dropped out to enter the police force.

Obviosuly, one thing led to another, and Brandan met the one!

While together on New York’s Country 94.7, Miranda just had to toast her ‘boy in blue’ for his service and also to nominate him for First Responder Friday.

She then asked him why he chose to become a cop in the first place and he joked that he had zero say in the matter.

‘My whole family does it. My mom, dad, my 3 brothers, my brother-in-law — they are all cops. So, I had no other choice. I was in nursing school for a little bit, and I chose to be a police officer, and it truly was the best decision I ever made,’ Brendan explained.

The country singer then wondered: ‘Because you met me?’ and this made the man realize that, indeed, he may had never met his wife if he did not go for the police career.

‘Yeah, I would have never met her. Truly, I would’ve never met her if it was not for being a police officer. But, I have learned so much, and I take it with me down the road with her. And, it is the best choice I have ever done in my life. I respect every guy I have ever worked with. I make it a point every time that we go to a different city; See a cop, [say] ‘thank you.’ Military vet, [say] ‘thank you.’ I feel like everybody should do that,’ Brendan said.
