Rob Kardashian has changed a lot since fans last saw him and the more recent images featuring him are proof enough! The Kardashian male has lost a lot of weight after struggling with it as a result of his depression for a really long time.
That being said, the man feels much better nowadays and is on the path to regaining his health, both mental and physical, back!
But how has he achieved this admirable goal?
One source tells Hollywoodlife that: ’Rob has completely quit drinking alcohol and is drinking a ton of water right now. He’s eating a lot better, too, but he knows getting rid of the drinking was a very big, important step, mentally and physically. That’s really how he’s lost a lot of the weight.’
As for his main motivation, the insider stressed that his positive changes are all thanks to his daughter, Dream!
‘He’s always been an amazing father, but he didn’t like to be seen due to his own insecurities, so wanting to take Dream out to do things, something he didn’t love doing before, and to family functions again is such a blessing. He’s telling everyone he’s feeling really, really good.’
Rob has been staying away from the spotlight, be it by stepping away from Keeping Up with the Kardashians or even social media.
The proud father would mostly share adorable pics and clips of his now 3 year old little girl on his platform.
However, now that he is much more confident in his skin, momager Kris Jenner posted a full-length body shot of him on her page and fans were surprised to see that he looks much slimmer these days.
