Prince Harry Opens Up About Rift With Prince William

Prince Harry is opening up about the rumored rift with Prince William. The two brothers have reportedly been feuding since Harry became engaged to Meghan Markle.

In ITV’s new documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, The Duke of Sussex addressed all the headline-making rumors. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle formally split from Prince William and Kate Middleton earlier this year.

They moved to their own home, Frogmore Cottage, leaving Kensington Palace behind. The foursome even demolished their joint courts and created two separate ones.

“Inevitably stuff happens. But we’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers. We’re certainly on different paths at the moment. I’ll always be there for him and as I know, he’ll always be there for me. We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we’re so busy, but I love him dearly. The majority of stuff is created out of nothing. As brothers, we have good days and we have bad days,” Prince Harry said in the documentary, which is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday in the U.S.

Prince Harry and Prince William have been destined to be on different paths since they were born. The latter will be the King of England one day and his family is being groomed for when he takes on that role.

The Duke of Sussex reportedly lives his life by his instincts. He views the life Prince William is leading as one hemmed in by protocol, as the future monarch. Prince Harry is happy spending time champagning for causes that are close to his heart, like his mother Princess Diana.

Royal insiders have reportedly always known the two brothers would eventually separate their courts. Once they were each married, it was only a matter of time before they split their offices.

The foursome is committed to doing the PR necessary for the Royal family. Outside of public obligations though, sources close to the palace claim the brothers do not spend much time together.

Prince Harry is speaking out about the rift with Prince William. It is important to remember they are brothers. Like most siblings, they have their own friends, families and life goals. The brothers, as well as Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, are real people, something that is easy to forget.
