Teresa Giudice Has Reportedly Come To Terms With Joe’s Deportation – But Why Is She Not Filing For Divorce?

Teresa Giudice is really coming to terms with the whole situation. As fans of RHONJ know, her husband Joe might be deported to Italy and as the days pass, it appears more and more unlikely that he will get to stay in the United States.

But even though Teresa is now fully prepared to let him go, she is yet to file for divorce.

One source tells HollywoodLife why that is!

‘She’s holding out hope for her daughters’ sakes that Joe doesn’t have to go, but she’s come to terms with the fact that that probably isn’t happening as is Joe’s family. She knows if Joe does leave ICE to go to Italy, he probably won’t be coming home. She is fully prepared at this point,’ the insider dished.

As for the reason why she hasn’t proceeded with a divorce, the same source explained that it’s because of their kids and their kids only.

Apparently, ‘If it were not for her daughters, she would have probably filed for divorce by now. Teresa has been very seldomly speaking to Joe but they have not communicated very much in quite some time. When they do, it really is just about the girls. She has visited him with the girls on occasion, but she does that for them. It is so awful in there that she does her best to let the girls see their father all while protecting them at the same time. It is a hard balance.’

The Giudices have been married for two decades but unfortunately, their marriage is no longer what it once was.

Besides, Joe even told his wife that he never wanted to get married in the first place.
