Whitney Cummings Beats Extortionists By Posting Her Own Topless Photo
Whitney Cummings is taking the power from those who wanted to extort her over a nude, topless photo back in her hands. The comedian and actress explained on Twitter that she had accidentally shared an Instastory to Instagram back in April 2019, that fully showed her chest area. Though she deleted the sensitive image, it was too late. People had already screenshotted the image and that was when the blackmail and threats began. On Monday, Whitney shared the sensitive image on Twitter so that the extortionists would lose their power over her. Not only does the photo remain on Twitter, but many of Whitney’s fans, followers, and celebrity friends have responded by sharing intimate and embarrassing photos of themselves.
After Whitney posted the photo on Twitter, she began receiving more threats from trolls and extortionists who claim they have access to her iCloud.
Due to the sensitive nature of the image, it is not being posted here. You may see it on Whitney Cummings’ official Twitter account.
Now I'm getting threatened with "we have access to your iCloud." I'll be honest, I stand by most of my nudes. Frankly I'm way more embarrassed by all the inspirational quotes I've screen grabbed.

Whitney shared the following caption with the image the trolls tried to blackmail her with.
“In April, I accidentally posted an insta story that showed my nipple. Once I realized, I deleted. The people who took screen grabs are trying to get money from me. Some said they have offers to sell them, some are asking for money not to post the photo.”
Whitney continued to explain in another tweet.
“They all must think I’m way more famous than I am, but they also must think I’m way more easily intimidated than I am. If anyone is gonna make money or likes off my nipple, it’s gonna be me. So here it all is, you foolish dorks.”
Whitney hasn’t stated whether she is filing a criminal complaint about the incident, but she undoubtedly has the support of her fans who have come to her aid.
By Tuesday, Twitter was full of images from fans who wanted to make her feel better by sharing their own intimate photos. Even her former co-star Chris Delia shared a photo of himself.
What do you think of the way Whitney Cummings handled the situation?
