Nikki Bella Is Still Heeling From John Cena Breakup Despite Finding Romance With Artem Chigvintsev

Nikki Bella is still heeling from her breakup with John Cena. The professional wrestler is speaking out about life after Cena, including her new romance with Dancing With The Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev.

It has been over a year since Bella and Cena called off their engagement, officially. However, the reality TV star still has days where she cries over her doomed relationship.

On her podcast with her twin sister, Brie Bella, The Bellas Podcast, one fan was curious how Bella was moving on from Cena a year after their split.

“As far as how you get over a breakup, you really have to do the work on yourself. You really, truly, have to love yourself and every day dedicate something to you that is making you better. You also have to let yourself cry. That’s one thing my life coach helped me a lot with, because I still, you guys, get days when I cry about my breakup,” the Total Bellas star revealed.

Like anyone who was with a particular person for years, there are times when tears take over. Just because a couple ends the relationship does not mean there are not still feelings of sadness, and Bella is admitting that to her fans.

“But we were together for a long time. We had an amazing relationship and an amazing bond and a lot of love for each other. But every day when I need to cry, I let myself cry because crying is healing. And so, when those tears come, I don’t try to hold them in, I find a quiet place and I cry. Also, on top of it, I meditate,” expressed the 35-year-old.

Even though her relationship with Cena did not work out, Bella still considers him to be one of her soulmates. She also admits she is hesitant to speak too much about their failed romance out of respect for his desire to keep it private.

Nikki Bella has found love again with Artem Chigvintsev, but that doesn’t mean she still doesn’t cry over her break up with John Cena. She is still heeling from the failed relationship.

Bella makes it clear she is perfectly happy with her professional dancing beau, who she considers a soulmate like Cena. The reality TV is convinced people can have more than one soulmate connection throughout their life.
