James Kennedy Says He Is Glad Lisa Vanderpump Left The ‘Toxic’ RHOBH

It turns out that the positive changes in Lisa Vanderpump ever since she left Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are pretty obvious! The Vanderpump Rules stars have definitely noticed and that includes James Kennedy!

According to him, it’s as if a huge ‘weight has been lifted’ from his former boss’ shoulders and he is glad she decided to leave RHOBH.

The whole atmosphere on the show was ‘toxic,‘ for her, he tells HollywoodLife during a brand new interview.

During the chat, he updated the many fans on how Lisa has been doing ever since she left Real Housewives.

As you may know, he and her adopted son, Max Todd are very good friends which means that he continued to also be close to Lisa.

‘For me it’s hard to notice those things because when she’s around me it’s really mainly my thing, that we are talking about not necessarily her thing. I’m like I’m a literal kid to her. I’m Max’s best friend still, she looks at me different. But yes, I think a weight must have been lifted, it was a toxic environment for her and she doesn’t deserve any of that,’ James dished to the news outlet.

Before she quit RHOBH, she would refuse to shoot any scenes with the other ladies, throughout the whole season!

This was a result of the whole PuppyGate scandal that really created a rift between Lisa and her fellow castmates, with all turning against her.

In the end, she felt like it was enough, especially since they refused to believe her even after taking a lie detector test, so Lisa decided to leave the show.
