The female emcee is obviously very in love with her other half and fellow rapper Kenneth Petty and that means she is not very happy about fans dragging their romance. As far as Nicki Minaj is concerned, her beau loves and treats her right so the hate he gets is not justified in the slightest!

One insider report says she is actually pretty upset about the backlash over their relationship.

‘Anyone who insults Kenneth’s insulting Nicki. He is her man for life, any offense to him is an offense to her. She hates that people say he’s not good enough for her since she knows it hurts him. Nicki loves Ken so much, she’s never felt this way about a man before. Nicki truly cannot understand why people are hating on Ken,’ a source tells HollywoodLife.

They went on to dish that ‘She has been through hell with men in her life and she has finally found a healthy and happy relationship, so she thought her fans would be happy for her. She does not understand how people can call themselves her fans and not be happy for her now that she has found true love with a man who treats her like a true Queen, she does not get it.’

This comes amid reports that the two even got their marriage license yesterday so it really appears as if Nicki is very serious about her future with Kenneth.

All they need to do at this point is to announce the wedding date!

The insider told the news outlet that, while they know nothing about the nuptials, there is no doubt the wedding is in their future since Kenneth is everything Nicki ‘has ever dreamed of.’
