Jenelle Evans ‘Blindsided’ After She And David Eason Lose Custody Of Their Kids Following Multiple Court Visits

Jenelle Evans and David Eason showed up in court multiple times in order to try and get their kids back after they were taken away by Child Protective Services. However, as it turns out, their efforts were in vain because a judge dealing with their case has decided that they still cannot take their young ones back home for the time being.

One insider report claims Jenelle was blindsided by the decision and is struggling to cope with losing custody of her kids.

It was their fifth court visit when the couple was announced that they lost the custody battle.

Her son Kaiser, David’s daughter Maryssa, as well as his and Jenelle’s daughter together, Ensley, no longer live with the two.

Their current caregivers will be taking care of them from now on, although they were only offered temporary custody so not all hope is lost.

‘Jenelle was devastated and shocked. She was very confident that the judge would give them back the kids,’ The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported via an insider.

Furthermore, amid reports that Jenelle was afraid she’d have to leave David to get her kids back, something she did not want, the judge mentioned that ‘at this point, it doesn’t matter if [Jenelle] left [David] or not, because she failed to protect her kids.’

The custody case is not closed and the parents will be coming back in court on June 4.

Jenelle’s manager Johnny Donovan stated via HollywoodLife that ‘At this time we are cooperating with the judge and legal team from the court. We have no comment at this time and appreciate concerns regarding our client and her children. We will continue to corporate with the court and their decisions.’
