Hayden Panettiere’s Boyfriend Charged With Domestic Violence – Risks 4 Years In Prison

According to new reports, Brian Hickerson, the boyfriend of actress Hayden Panettiere was charged with domestic violence as a result of his previous arrest earlier this month. This has been confirmed by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office via ET.

Brian risks to spend up to 4 years behind bars if he gets convicted.

As you may remember, the aspiring actor was taken into custody on May 2 under the suspicion of domestic violence and was then released on a $50,000 bond.

At the time, TMZ was the first to report that the pair was drinking out when it all happened.

During their outing, Brian and Hayden started arguing, which then turned into a physical fight.

One insider dished to the news outlet that the authorities were then called and upon arriving, they noticed redness and marks on Hayden’s body.’

TMZ also reported as per the police, that the man was not only the aggressor, he was also the one to start the fight.

Hayden and Brian have not been together for a very long time, at least not publicly.

The two were romantically linked for the first time back in August of 2018, shortly after the actress ended things with her now former fiancé, boxer Wladimir Klitschko.

The exes have a child together – a daughter named Kaya, who is only 4 years old.

Panettiere seems to really enjoy motherhood as she gushed over her child back in 2017, saying that holding Kaya was just ‘best feeling in the whole wide world.’
