Google celebrates Samuel okwaraji posthumous birthday with Doodle

Late Nigerian professional footballer, Samuel okwaraji is being celebrated by Google as his image is used as their Doodle.

The late orlu- bornfootballer who was also a qualified lawyer and had his masters degree in international law from pontifical lateran University, Rome.

Born on this day 1964 (19th of May), he would have been 55 years of age if he were to be alive.

Aged 25 as at time of death, the midfielder died of a congestive heart failure 77th minute of a world cup qualification match against Angola at Lagos stadium, Surulere, August 12 1989.
