EXCLUSIVE UPDATE: Senate dissolves into Committee of the Whole

The Senate has dissolved into the Committee of the Whole. The Committee of the Whole House is a committee of the House on which all Representatives serve and which meets in the House Chamber for the consideration of measures from the Union calendar .

However , it is governed by different rules of procedure than the House meeting as itself.
In Nigeria , the Joint Conference Committee is normally constituted when there are differences in a bill passed by both legislative chambers .
Membership of the Committee is based on equality, usually six members from each chamber with a senator acting as chairperson .
