ZEEWORLD SERIES - UPDATE ON IRON LADY AUGUST 8TH

Rishi pleads Indira to trust him. Before he leaves, Rishi hands over his sketch book to Indira and tells her that Vidit used to enjoy looking at the sketches he made. Rishi believes that his sketches would help Vidit to recover soon and so he requests Indira to show the drawings to Vidit. When Rishi leaves, he decides to go away from Indira’s life for few days so that he can be able to find evidence to prove his innocence. He vows not to show his face to Indira until she starts trusting him again. He also decides to vacate his room before Indira returns home.    When Rishi enters into his room, he finds it messed up. Rishi is left puzzled wondering what must have happened in his room.

A devastated Mandira leaves home and walks lost in the middle of the road. A speeding car is about to knock down Mandira when Indira saves her. Indira panics and confronts Mandira. Indira gets worried when she finds Mandira wounded. Indira tries to pacify Mandira and requests her to reveal the truth. Indira finds Mandira scared and takes her to the doctor. After examining Mandira, the doctor informs Indira that Mandira was raped and had sustained injuries. Indira tries to console Mandira and asks her to name the person, who harmed her. Indira also assures to support Mandira even if the society abandons her. Indira is taken aback when Mandira accuses Sameer of physically assaulting her.

Indira barges into Sameer’s house along with Mandira in order to confront him. When Indira vents her fury at Sameer, the security guards try to throw Indira out of the house but Sameer stops them. Indira tells Sameer that she was ignoring him despite of him creating problems in her life. She asserts that she would tolerate anybody creating problems in the life of her family members.

She threatens to prove Sameer guilty in the court for physically assaulting Mandira,    The Sharma sisters go to the police station to lodge a complaint. The inspector gets shocked when Indira accuses Sameer of physically assaulting Mandira. He refuses to note down Indira’s complaint and states that Indira must produce some witness to support her accusation. Indira tries to convince the inspector as she does not have any witness but fails. Indira returns home along with Mandira. The family gets worried on seeing Mandira lost in her own thoughts. They express concern for Mandira and ask the reason.

Mandira feels insulted and rushes to the terrace to commit suicide . Indira tries to stop Mandira and assures to help her.       Mandira was about to jump off the terrace. Rishi arrives in time and saves Mandira. Meanwhile, Indira and Munna rush to the terrace. Indira consoles Mandira. Munna confronts Mandira and was about to slap her . Indira stops Munna and reveals that Mandira was raped. Munna is taken aback on hearing Indira’s statement.

An angry Munnna asks Indira who molested Mandira. Indira replies that Sameer raped Mandira in Sharma Niwas. Kutumb, Sunaina and Inder are left shocked to hear Indira’s statement. Kutumb curses her fate and begins to cry. Inder pacifies Kutumb and asks her to take care of herself. Indira
