Sergio Busquets - Barcelona star extends his deal at the Camp Nou

Barcelona star has extended his contract with the La Liga champions, according to report in Spanish media.

Sergio Busquets has reached an agreement with the Camp Nou outfit and he has extended his stay with the Camp Nou outfit.

The midfielder was not due for a contract extension but for as a matter of urgency and due to his importance in the squad he was offered a new deal.

Busquet's buyout clause has now increased to € 200 million and also he has been given an improvement in his salary with the duration of the contract remaining the same.
His current deal will expire in June 2021, although Barcelona retain a club option to extend that to the summer of 2023.
