[NEWS] President Buhari meets US secretary of state in Aso Rock

Just back from Benue state where he met with the people, President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to the Aso Rock Villa where he is currently meeting with the United States Secretary of State, Rex Tillers on.

NAIJ.com learnt that Tillerson arrived Nigeria's seat of power in the evening of Monday, March 12 and is expected to discuss issues relating to both countries.

The meeting is holding behind closed doors at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Vanguard also quotes Tillerson as condemning the recent mass abduction of schoolgirls in Dapchi and promised Washington’s full support in Nigeria’s fight against Boko Haram jihad lists. 

The recent kidnapping of 110 schoolgirls is heartbreaking.
