Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo graduates with PhD from National Open University

Today, former President of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria, Dr. Olusegun Obasanjo bagged a PhD in Christian Theology as he officially graduated from the National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN).
