Kelly Ripa Posts Throwback of Husband Mark Consuelos Holding Son Michael and Crying Baby Lola

Kelly Ripa is taking a trip down memory lane!

On Friday, the Live with Kelly and Ryan host, 49, shared two adorable throwback photos of her husband Mark Consuelos with their son Michael, now 20, and daughter Lola, now 17.

In the first snap, a beaming Consuelos, now 48, holds his two kids in his lap while Michael can be seen comforting his baby sister, who is crying hysterically. In the second shot, the dad gazes down at his children as Lola continues to fuss.

“June 2001,” Ripa captioned the post. “Going from one to two seemed like a big deal at the time, but @instasuelos has always been a multitasker #daddy #toddler #newborn ”

Consuelos got equally sentimental in the comments section, writing, “Would give anything to go back there for just one day…”

“I say it every single day,” Ripa replied.

However, Lola wasn’t feeling as nostalgic as her parents. The teen jokingly quipped, “Can u please not post these baby photos it’s not cute I look weird.”

To which her mom responded, “Sweetie i post these so dad won’t get me pregnant again. You’re welcome.”

Ripa and Consuelos also share youngest son Joaquin, 16.

Last week, Ripa took shared another throwback of Consuelos on a Hawaiian vacation with Michael and Lola. In the snap, the father of three holds Lola, who is wearing a red Hawaiian-printed dress while her older brother stands beside them.

“#tbt 2001 Hawaii with #daddy ,” Ripa wrote alongside the shot.

“OMG!!!!,” Mark wrote in the comments, while Ripa added, “@aconsuelos i can’t. I simply cannot…….why so fast?”

Reminiscing on family moments can be emotional for Ripa, who admitted on Live last month that she cried “tears of joy” watching old family videos after Lola — now a freshman at New York University — asked to watch some old family DVDs.

“She wanted to see, in particular, a ballet recital where she refused to dance and started yelling at me to put the camera away,” Ripa told co-host Ryan Seacrest. “Which is truly a classic, and one of the great cinematic moments of our family — where she just stopped and she’s dressed like a little bird and she’s like, ‘Put it away!’“

“And she just refuses to dance. You see the camera go down. You can hear my mom laughing hysterically. And she’s like, ‘She’s just like you were,’“ Ripa said.

“Mark was home and we were watching these movies together and he reached over and he grabbed my hand and he said, ‘We’ve really built a life together.’ And I got so emotional,” she continued. “When you cry in front of your kids, it terrifies them. They’re just not sure why. They were like, ‘Why are you crying? Are you okay?’ I was like, ‘No, these are tears of joy. These aren’t tears of anger or rage.’”

“He reached over and he just touched me with his hand on my hand and I just got very emotional. I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, we’re going to be , sitting on the beach, sending pictures to the kids.’”

Hilary Duff Speaks Out After Lizzie McGuire Reboot Is Stalled, Says She Wants It to Move to Hulu

Hilary Duff is speaking out about the Lizzie McGuire reboot after production on the Disney+ project was put on hiatus.

Variety reported Thursday that the reason original showrunner and series creator Terri Minsky exited the project was because she and Duff wanted to create an “adult version” of the beloved tween show, but Disney was looking to keep it kid-friendly.

One day later, the 32-year-old actress said it would be a “disservice” to tell the story of a 30-year-old character with a PG rating.

“Was incredibly excited to launch ‘Lizzie’ on D+ and my passion remains!” the mother of two began her statement, shared on Instagram on Friday. “However, I feel a huge responsibility to honor the fans’ relationship with LIZZIE who, like me, grew up seeing themselves in her. I’d be doing a disservice to everyone by limiting the realities of a 30 year old’s journey to live under the ceiling of a PG rating.”

“It’s important to me that just as her experiences as a preteen/teenager navigating life were authentic, her next chapters are equally as real and relatable,” Duff added. “It would be a dream if Disney would let us move the show to Hulu, if they were interested, and I could bring this beloved character to life again.”

A rep for Disney did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The idea to move the project to Hulu is one brought up in the Variety report by Minsky.

“I am so proud of the two episodes we did,” she told the outlet.

“Hilary has a grasp of Lizzie McGuire at 30 that needs to be seen,” Minsky continued. “It’s a wonderful thing to watch. I would love the show to exist, but ideally I would love it if it could be given that treatment of going to Hulu and doing the show that we were doing. That’s the part where I am completely in the dark. It’s important to me that this show was important to people. I felt like I wanted to do a show that was worthy of that kind of devotion.”

On Wednesday, Duff shared a screenshot from The Advocate discussing the move of a Love, Simon television adaptation — renamed Love, Victor — from Disney+ to Hulu — which is owned by The Walt Disney Company.

“Sounds familiar..” the Younger star wrote atop the screenshot, circling the headline about the series apparently not being “family friendly.”

Disney+ already included footage of the Lizzie McGuire reboot in a teaser for content arriving in 2020, and Duff had shared multiple photos from set, including one of herself posing with costar Adam Lamberg.

A Disney spokesperson said Thursday that its goal is to resume production.

“We paused production on ‘Lizzie McGuire’ a few weeks ago to allow time for some creative re-development,” the statement said. “Our goal is to resume production and to tell an authentic story that connects to the millions who are emotionally invested in the character, and a new generation of viewers too.”

According to sources in Variety’s report, however, it is “unlikely” for the project to move forward on Disney+.

Ashley Graham Changes Her Son's Dirty Diaper in the Middle of Staples Store: 'S— Just Got Real'

When nature calls, Ashley Graham answers!

On Friday, the 32-year-old model got real about motherhood when she shared an Instagram photo of her changing newborn son Isaac Menelik Giovanni‘s dirty diaper while shopping at a Staples store.

In the candid shot, Graham — wearing wearing a black sweater and printed leggings — is crouched on the floor in the middle of a stationary aisle as she wipes her son’s behind. Meanwhile, her 1-month-old lays on his back on what appears to be a padded blanket.

“Sht just got real!” she captioned the picture. “First diaper blow up while running errands with no restroom in sight! Thank God I remembered to put the changing mat in the diaper bag!!!”

Graham also covered her son’s face and butt with brown heart emojis.

When a fan made a remark asking “who goes to staples these days,” the Pretty Big Deal podcast host replied, “LOL! I asked myself the same question!”

This was not the first time Graham gave fans a glimpse into her life as a new mom. Earlier this week, she shared a series of photos and videos of herself nursing her baby boy while juggling other responsibilities.

“Multitasking Sunday,” she captioned a snap on her Instagram feed, which showed her looking down at her phone while breastfeeding Isaac in bed.

On Monday, she posted an Instagram Story of her baby boy sleeping on her shoulder — writing, “Isaac loves naps on Mama” — before uploading two videos. In the first, Graham said, “I’m using my time wisely by watching the documentary Babies on Netflix. I can’t get enough. They’re so fascinating.”

A second, serene video presented without comment on Monday showed a close-up of little Isaac, breastfeeding as his tiny hand covered his face, while another clip Graham shared on her Instagram Story Tuesday showed her using a breast pump inside a car. She wrote atop the latter footage, “First pump in an Uber. Ever so slightly awkward.”

Graham’s transparency about her life during the first few weeks of the postpartum period extends to her own body, as well. Last week, she shared a nude photo that saw her covering her breasts with one arm and presumably taking the shot with the other hand, showing off a number of purple-tinged stretch marks across her lower torso.

“Same me. Few new stories,” she wrote in the accompanying text.

Graham and her husband Justin Ervin welcomed Isaac on Jan. 18.

According to the star, she and Ervin were inspired to choose Menelik — which means “son of the wise” — after taking a trip to Ethiopia last Christmas and learning that the country’s first emperor was named Menelik I.

“So everything in his name is pointing to legacy,” Ervin said on an episode of Pretty Big Deal, citing Isaac’s significance in the Bible. He also explained that Giovanni was suggested by a friend, and is a nod to both his and Graham’s grandfathers as well as the founder of a church where Ervin’s parents were “saved and baptized” — all named the English equivalent, John.

Star Wars Chewbacca Actor Joonas Suotamo's Daughter Arrives: 'Welcome to the World Princess Bacca!'

The newest baby Bacca has arrived!

Joonas Suotamo and his wife Milla Pohjasvaara have welcomed their second child together, a little girl.

The Star Wars actor shared the happy news on Instagram Friday, invoking his character Chewbacca in the announcement.

“We have some exciting news: we were blessed to welcome the newest member of our family!” he wrote in a caption accompanying a photo of the “little princess.”

“Our little princess (or senator, or general, or whatever she wants to be!) was born this week and is doing great,” he continued, going on to thank the hospital staff that helped his daughter enter the world.

Suotamo and Pohjasvaara are already parents to son Aatos, who Suotamo said “is gonna have to get used to there being two little ones in the house now.”

Adam Levine Apologizes for Maroon 5's 'Unprofessional' Concert in Chile: 'I Struggled a Lot'

Adam Levine is apologizing for what he calls was “unprofessional” behavior during a recent Maroon 5 concert.

The “Moves Like Jagger” singer, 40, spoke out on his Instagram Story about his band’s performance at Chile’s Viña del Mar International Song Festival after the Thursday night show was highly criticized by fans.

In the clip, posted on Friday, Levine addressed some of the “reactions” to the show, explaining to his followers that he was not performing his best that night due to some “technical problems.”

“To be totally frank, there were some things holding me back sonically last night, and I let them get to me,” he said. “It impacted how I was behaving onstage, which is unprofessional and I apologize for that.”

Describing how he “wanted to sound good” for the audience, Levine continued, “I struggled a lot and sometimes it’s really hard for me to mask the struggle. For that, I let you guys down and I apologize.”

“Last night wasn’t our best and, for that, all I can say is that I’m really sorry,” he added.

Nicknamed “El Monstruo” (The Monster) because of the audience’s tendency to boo acts off the stage, the Viña del Mar International Song Festival is one of Latin America’s oldest and most prestigious music events. The televised festival features singing competitions, as well as musical performances from international artists.

On Thursday, Maroon 5 arrived late on stage, causing TV presenters María Luisa Godoy and Martín Cáracamo to “fill in for minutes that became eternal for those present,” local outlet CHV news reported.

When the band began their performance and the crowd sang along to “She Will Be Loved,” Levine quipped to the audience, “Well, if you want to do my job, go ahead,” CHV news reported.

Shortly after, in a behind-the-scenes video that was shot as the frontman left the stage, Levine appears frustrated at the performance and can be heard saying, “That was a TV show. That was not a concert.”

Fans quickly expressed their displeasure on social media, calling out Levine and the rest of Maroon 5 for a “lousy” concert.

“Adam sounds awful and he doesn’t have the moves like Jagger at all,” one tweeted. “We are wondering what happened to him.”

Another wrote, “lousy show in Viña del Mar guys.. haven’t seen such unprofessionalism in a good while. You should ask your fans for forgiveness… there are no excuses for doing such a poor job.”

“Love your music but your show in Viña del Mar was disrespectful to every fan who paid and waited to see you live,” a third wrote on Twitter. “Very frustrating.”

Harry Styles’ world tour on the heels of his second No. 1 album Fine Line may not kick off until April, but the star offered a select few fans a sneak peek at what to expect during an intimate concert in New York City on Friday night.

Styles, 26, hit the stage at the Music Hall of Williamsburg for a five-song set for SiriusXM subscribers and Pandora listeners, and sat for a candid chat with Ryan Sampson, Nicole Ryan and Stanley T of The Morning Mash-Up.

As Fine Line — which topped the Billboard 200 for two weeks upon its release in December — continues to make waves, check out PEOPLE’s favorite moments from the show.

The location

A cozy venue with a capacity of just 650 people, the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn was a return to a more intimate setting for an artist now capable of selling out a space as big as Madison Square Garden in just minutes.

The Music Hall is a popular location for shows of this nature; the band Phoenix performed a secret SiriusXM show there in 2013, and The Lumineers did the same in August. (Styles himself did a secret show for Sirius back in 2017, only that one was in Los Angeles.)

The outfit

The One Direction-heartthrob-turned-solo-rocker has been known to rock a fashion statement or two (or three) — just last week he picked a bright yellow suit and purple tulle scarf for the 2020 BRIT Awards. For his big moment in the Big Apple, Styles was anything but mellow in a bright yellow sweater vest with dark blue polka dots, which he wore atop a white long-sleeved shirt with navy striped pants and lilac nail polish, he told the crowd. He even accessorized the look at one point with a beauty queen-style sash tossed on stage by a fan.

The hits

Styles — who co-wrote every song on Fine Line — stuck to a setlist comprised of favorites from all three of his different eras. He kicked off with Fine Line‘s lead single “Lights Up,” then followed with “Adore You” (which he dedicated to the fish that stars in the song’s music video) and “Watermelon Sugar.” After that came an updated version of “What Makes You Beautiful,” the first hit single for One Direction, during which he waved a rainbow pride flag on stage. Styles wrapped the show with a raucous version of “Kiwi,” off his 2017 self-titled debut album.

The possible collaboration

Styles and Lizzo set social media aflame with an infectiously joyous “Juice” collaboration last month, and the pop stars have each covered the other artist’s respective hits: Lizzo gave “Adore You” a go in BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, while Styles did a rendition of “Juice,” also in the Live Lounge.

Reno 911! Is Returning! Quibi Shares New Behind-the-Scenes Cast Photo from Upcoming Revival

The countdown to Reno 911!‘s return is officially on!

In December, it was announced that a revival of the comedic cop show — which originally aired for six seasons on Comedy Central — will be making its debut on upcoming streaming platform Quibi.

On Friday, Quibi shared two side-by-side photos of the cast to Twitter: one was captured in 2003 and the other was taken behind-the-scenes on the revival.

“Quibi is making Reno safe again,” the streaming platform tweeted.

The original series premiered in 2003 and was led by creators and cast members Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon and Kerri Kenney-Silver. All three are returning to write the show’s new season, Variety reported.

“Pic on the right was taken in 2003. Pic on the left was taken 4 days ago. See you n April on Quibi!” Wendi McLendon-Covey, whose character was killed off in the show’s fifth season, tweeted on Friday about the images.

“Reno 911! holds a special place in our hearts, and it will be a delight to get the original cast back together for ‘re-boot goofin,’” Lennon, 49, said in a release in December. “Hopefully Nick Swardson can still roller skate. Quibi’s short format seems custom made for our show.”

The mockumentary-style show parodied Cops and inspired the film Reno 911!: Miami.

In October, McLendon-Covey, 50, told PeopleTV that there was “serious” talk about it rebooting.

“Reno has now been so far in the past that I don’t remember a lot about it and that’s a shame,” she said, before adding, “One of my treasured memories is always working in an actual cop station that didn’t shut down for us.”

“There’s been talk about it,” she said about a potential reboot, before adding that the talk was “pretty serious.”

Reno 911! isn’t the only show returning, thanks to Quibi. The streaming platform is reviving MTV’s Punk’d, hosted by Chance the Rapper, and Singled Out, hosted by Keke Palmer.

The Quibi videos are expected to be short, but will still tell long-form stories, just over a longer period of time. Quibi launches April 6.

Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber’s love story just gained a new chapter.

During her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which airs Friday night, the model, 23, reveals exactly which television moment caused her now-husband, 25, to give her a call and reconcile after the pair took a break from their relationship. PEOPLE has an exclusive sneak peek at the hilarious interview.

“Did you do any party tricks?” Fallon, 45, asks Baldwin. “Well, I say this because the last time you were on our show, you did something that was the most amazing thing ever. Everybody was talking about it, you opened a beer bottle with your teeth.”

“It was really fun and there’s actually another funny story behind this and that is that last time I was here, we did this little party trick where I  opened a Corona bottle with my teeth,” Baldwin explains. “The next morning — after the interview had aired — I got a certain phone call from a certain someone and it was a little like, ‘Hey, how are you? I saw you on Jimmy Fallon last night. You were looking really good. I loved that trick that you did, I had no idea that you can do that. It was so cool.’ Cut to, I’m now married to that certain someone.”

The crowd immediately erupts into applause as Fallon himself appears to be flabbergasted by the love story. “No, no!” he says, even comparing Baldwin and Bieber’s romance to a movie storyline.

“I feel like Jimmy gets a little credit for helping me spark,” Baldwin says with a laugh. “Yup, that is true.”

“You’d think I’d be invited to your wedding,” the host quips before clarifying that his comment was in plain humor. “Hey no, I’m joking, I’m joking. By the way, I know ’cause I’ve seen you and Justin many times and you guys are so cute together.”

Fallon then shows the audience black-and-white photos from Baldwin and Bieber’s second wedding ceremony. In one photo, Baldwin can be seen licking her husband’s mouth.

“Here’s you and Justin, everyone gets to lick the groom,” Fallon says in the sneak peak, poking fun. “Well not everyone got to lick the groom, okay,” she clarifies jokingly.

Fallon then notes that Baldwin initially met Bieber when she was just 13 years old in 2009.

“I know, it sounds like this weird arranged marriage situation,” she begins. “We met because my dad, he brought me to the Today show when Justin performed there. He was no more than 15 I think.”

When asked if she was a Belieber at the time, Baldwin reveals that she, in fact, was not.

“To be honest, this is the truth. He was so new that I didn’t really know a lot about him yet,” she says. “It was really kinda before anything. I met him and his mom and my dad kind of just connected as friends and we invited them over to our house the next day. Second Case of Coronavirus with an Unknown Origin Reported in the United States

Another patient in the United States has contracted the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) from an unknown origin, bringing the number of person-to-person spread in the country to three, the director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease, Dr. Nancy Messonnier, said at a press briefing on Friday.

The news comes just two days after the first case of novel coronavirus in a patient who had not recently traveled abroad was reported in the U.S.

That case occurred in California, the CDC said Wednesday, adding that the patient had not been exposed to anyone else known to be infected with the novel coronavirus.

On Friday, it was reported that the woman is in “serious condition,” as the source of her transmission remains a mystery.

Her case prompted the CDC to expand testing to anyone whom doctors suspect has the novel coronavirus, after she wasn’t tested for the virus for nearly a week after doctors expressed concerns that she had it.

Testing had previously been limited to people who had recently arrived back to the U.S. from China or had come into close contact of people who had already been diagnosed.

Messonnier spoke about this case in her press briefing Friday.

“It’s possible this could be the first instance of community spread — meaning the illness was acquired through an unknown exposure in the community. It’s also possible, however, that a thorough investigation may show that the patient had exposure through contact to a returned traveler who was infected,” she said.

Messonnier said that the CDC had sent a team to support California’s Department of Health and local health departments with the investigation into that case.

“We are working hard to find and identify how the patient was exposed as well as tracing back people who were exposed or might have been exposed to this patient,” Messonnier said.

She later added, “While the immediate risk to the general American public remains low, and the U.S. government is doing everything we can to keep it low. CDC is constantly monitoring what is happening abroad.”

On Tuesday, Messonnier said in another briefing that it’s only a matter of time before the novel coronavirus arrives in the U.S. full force after other countries like Italy, South Korea and Iran saw spikes in the number of cases.

To prevent the spread of the virus, the CDC encourages maintaining basic forms of hygiene including careful hand washing, avoiding touching the face, moving away from people who are coughing or sneezing and staying home at signs of illness.

Hawaii Five-0 to End After 10 Seasons with Finale Set for April: 'It's Never Easy to Say Goodbye'

CBS is saying “aloha” to Hawaii Five-0.

On Friday, the network announced that the police procedural — a reboot of Leonard Freeman’s classic series of the same name — will end after its current 10th season.

A two-hour series finale is scheduled to air on April 3.

“It’s never easy to say goodbye to a hit franchise that carried on the legacy of the original with such distinction, while establishing its own signature style,” Kelly Kahl, president of CBS Entertainment, said in a statement. “From episode one, Hawaii Five-0 has been a huge success for us. Thanks to the amazing talents of the producers, writers, cast and crew, it has played a key role for a decade on our schedule and helped establish our powerhouse Friday night.”

He added, “We cannot be prouder of its quality and longevity and are thankful for the passionate fan devotion it inspired.”

Currently starring Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Chi McBride, Jorge Garcia, Meaghan Rath, Taylor Wily, Dennis Chun, Kimee Balmilero, Beulah Koale, Ian Anthony Dale and Katrina Law, the series follows an elite state police task force set up to fight crimes in Hawaii.

Over the years, the show also starred Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, Taryn Manning, Masi Oka, Lauren German and Michelle Borth.

“This show has been pretty much every waking moment for the last 10 years of my life,” O’Loughlin, 43, said in a statement. “Everywhere I go on this planet, in every language, I am McGarrett to all these people. Okla. Man Sentenced to Life for Holding Stepdaughter Captive for 19 Years, Fathering Her 9 Children

A man convicted of kidnapping and traveling with a minor to engage in a sexual act was sentenced to life in prison on Feb. 20, according to a statement released by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Henri Michelle Piette, 65, was sentenced to life for kidnapping, 360 months for traveling with intent to engage in sexual acts with a juvenile, a $50,000 fine and ordered to pay $50,067 restitution.

During the 2019 trial, prosecutors presented evidence that Piette kidnapped his stepdaughter Rosalynn McGinnis, who was 12 at the time, from Poteau, Okla., where he had been living with McGinnis’ mother.

“Over the course of the nearly 20 years that followed, the defendant repeatedly raped and inflicted additional physical and emotional abuse upon the victim,” the department stated. “The victim gave birth to nine children, the first being born in 2000 when she was 15 years-old.”

In June 2016, McGinnis managed to flee — with eight of the nine children she had with Piette — from a remote village in Mexico where she had been held. (Her eldest child, a son, ran away before her escape; they have since been reunited.)

Upon her return to the U.S., the FBI began an investigation in search of Piette. In 2017, McGinnis sat down with PEOPLE and told her story while still living in fear of her abductor.

On Sept. 7, 2017, according to a federal complaint, there was a development in the case: An FBI special agent was notified that Piette, who had resided in Central America and Mexico for a lengthy period of time, “visited the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City attempting to obtain a U.S. Passport.”

A month later, Piette was arrested in Dallas.

At the time of his arrest, McGinnis gave an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.

“Relief is such a small word in comparison to how I feel about the capture of Henri Piette. However, it is the closest I am able to come to describing my overall demeanor at this time,”she said. “Knowing that the man who physically took 22 years from me, leaving me with a lifetime of painful challenges, has been captured makes today one of the most pivotal times of my life.”

Federal prosecutors stated they hope Piette’s sentencing provides closure and an opportunity for McGinnis and her family to heal.

“Life in prison is a sentence the law reserves for the most serious offenders — offenders like Henri Michelle Piette. For 20 years he inflicted extreme physical and emotional abuse on the victim and her children. For 20 years she feared for her and her children’s lives,” said U.S. Attorney Brian J. Kuester. “The victim’s courage ended the defendant’s reign of terror. Unfortunately, the horrific memories may very well last a life time. It is fitting that the defendant’s sentence will also.”

12-Week-Old Yorkshire Terrier Puppy Dies After Flying on Delta Flight to Meet New Family

A 12-week old Yorkshire Terrier puppy named Sebastian has tragically died after flying on a Delta Airlines flight to meet his new family.

A spokesperson for Delta confirmed the incident to PEOPLE, saying in a statement, “Pets are an important member of the family, and we are focused on the well-being of all animals we transport.”

The representative added, “We extend our deepest condolences to Sebastian’s family and are conducting a thorough review of the situation to understand what happened.”

Cory Mcjimson — who purchased Sebastian for nearly $3,000 from a breeder in Ohio as a gift for his 5-year-old daughter — found the pup unresponsive in his crate when he went to pick him up at a Delta cargo area in the Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday night, according to TMZ, who was first to report the incident.

Mcjimson said the breeder had arranged for Sebastian to fly from Ohio to California with a stopover in Atlanta, Georgia. However, when he arrived at the airport around 6:30 p.m. to welcome the pooch, Mcjimson said that he found Sebastian not moving or breathing in his kennel.

The father told the online outlet that he believes the puppy was transported in the plane’s pressurized cargo hold during both of his flights. PEOPLE has not been able to confirm whether or not this is where the puppy was held during the flight.

He said he alerted Delta employees of Sebastian’s state after opening the carrier and the dog was immediately rushed to a nearby animal hospital. According to the Mcjimson, veterinarians tried to resuscitate Sebastian, but the pup was pronounced dead around 9 p.m.

Mcjimson told TMZ that Delta said they would be taking care of the necropsy and cremation of Sebastian.

According to the airline’s policy, live pets can be transported without a human companion present through Delta Cargo. The airline states that a two-hour connection is required for all animals and the person who booked the shipment must provide adequate food and water as well as a proper, well-ventilated kennel for the journey.

On the Delta Cargo website, the airline cautions that animals may experience temperatures between 10°F (-12°C) and 85°F (29°C) for up to 45 minutes while on the ground at the airport.

“Delta complies with federal regulations, which state that we must offer food for dogs/cats less than 16 weeks of age every 12 hours and every 24 hours for those over 16 weeks of age,” it reads. “Water receptacles are filled at stopover locations.”

Sebastian’s death was not the first time a beloved pet has died while being transported on an airplane. In 2018, a French bulldog died after its carrier was placed in an overhead bin on a United Airlines flight.

Last year, a husky passed away on an 11-hour transatlantic flight from Amsterdam to Los Angeles.

N.J. Man Forced to Swim to Shore After Being Left Stranded on Top of Submerged Truck in Ocean

A New Jersey man is lucky to be alive after he became stranded in the middle of the ocean on top of his submerged pickup truck and had to swim to shore in order to save his life.

Wildwood authorities said “poor visibility and unfavorable beach conditions” were to blame for the incident on Wednesday evening that left the driver hospitalized with possible hypothermia and respiratory issues, according to a press release on the local fire department’s Facebook.

It was around 7:30 p.m. when the Wildwood Fire Department was called to the area of Spencer Ave. and the Beach for a water rescue assignment, officials said.

While firefighters were on their way to the scene, the Wildwood Police Department informed them that a pickup truck “was almost completely submerged” in the ocean with the driver, who was identified as an employee of Morey’s Pier, on its roof.

“Visibility was extremely limited due to a heavy fog condition which made the situation more difficult than usual,” the fire department explained on Facebook of the rescue.

By some miracle, authorities said the driver was able to escape from the vehicle and climb onto its roof as he waited for help.

Unfortunately, he didn’t have long and the pickup truck continued to quickly sink. With no other way out, the man was forced to abandon his vehicle in the middle of the ocean, jump into the rocky waters and swim to shore, according to authorities.

Once he made it in safely, officials provided medical attention before transporting him to Cape Regional Medical Center via ambulance.

Photos of the terrifying scene were shared on the fire department’s Facebook, showing the white pickup truck tucked beneath the ocean waves in the darkness.

As it turns out, the fire department revealed that the pickup driver wasn’t the only person whose vehicle got stuck on Wednesday evening.

“Due to poor visibility and unfavorable beach conditions, several vehicles became stuck in the sand on location but were quickly pulled out with the help of the City’s Public Works Department,” officials wrote on Facebook.

“All fire units cleared the scene at 8:55 pm,” they added.

In response to the post, several community members praised the fire department for their quick action and saving the man’s life.

“Excellent work, we live nearby and witnessed the expedited response,” wrote one user. “Another great job by our fire fighters!!!” added another person.

“Awesome job by our first responders and all involved,” commented someone else.

At this time, it is unclear how the driver managed to get stuck in the ocean.

A spokesperson with Wildwood Fire Department did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The Bachelorette's Chad Johnson Speaks Out After His Arrest and Denies Domestic Abuse

Bachelor Nation’s Chad Johnson is speaking out after he was arrested earlier this week following an argument with his girlfriend.

In a lengthy video posted to Instagram on Thursday, Johnson — who competed on JoJo Fletcher‘s season of The Bachelorette as well as Bachelor in Paradise — detailed the incident and apologized for his behavior, which ultimately led to his arrest on robbery with domestic violence enhancement charges.

“Hey everyone, this is Chad Johnson and I wanted to take a second to talk to you about the current situation you’ve probably seen going on in the press with me arrested for robbery,” Johnson, 32, began.

“So me and my girlfriend broke up the other night and I was devastated. I mean, it was like losing my best friend,” he said about Annalise Mishler. “So I did what I haven’t done in two months and something I promised I wouldn’t do anymore and that was to drink alcohol. I made a promise to myself and my girlfriend I wouldn’t do that anymore and as most of you know that’s been a bit of an issue in my life. Whenever I do drink, I don’t act right. So I screwed up and I drank and I went over to talk to her.”

Johnson explained that he and Mishler “live in the same apartment complex — not the same apartment, but very close by.”

“So I went over there and trying to talk things out and initially we had worked things out and we were back together, everything was fine, until she discovered that I had — in between us breaking up and me drinking — downloaded a dating app and I had started to receive messages on there. So we had some arguments and she was yelling, I was yelling. I would go to my place, she would knock on my door; I’d go to her place, knock on her door. In the end, I ended up going home,” he said.

“The next day,” Johnson said he went to Mishler’s apartment “to try to talk things out.”

Ahead of Johnson’s arrest, Mishler had reportedly documented the alleged fight in a series of since-deleted posts on her Instagram Story.

The posts, which were captured by television writer Reality Steve, alleged that Johnson had punched a visible hole through her wall. The videos also showed Johnson allegedly “screaming” outside of her door and trying to get inside. According to Mishler’s videos, Johnson allegedly yelled “I hope you f—ing die” through the door. In the clips, Mishler said the alleged fight started after she found notifications from a dating app on his phone.

Though Johnson said he “saw that she had posted the videos,” he said in his apology video that “I wasn’t mad at her — I totally understand why she did that. I still love her very much. I totally get it.”

“But I tried to talk things out and we still had the issues with the dating app and then she came over to my place and she kept recording me. I was very down at the time, I was very upset and I just didn’t want to be recorded,” he continued, before admitting he took her phone and threw it. “So I made a stupid decision and I grabbed her phone and I just threw it, I threw it outside.”

He then proceeded to go “back over to her place to apologize and I was knocking on the door there, that’s when one of the neighbors apparently had called the police.”

On Tuesday, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that Johnson was arrested Monday afternoon on robbery with domestic violence enhancement charges.

According to TMZ, which first reported the news, Mishler said he had gotten physical with her and officers found visible red marks on her face. The outlet reported that Johnson was charged with robbery because he allegedly grabbed her phone away while she called 911.

Reflecting on incident, Johnson said in his video, “Now if you don’t know the law in California, the law in California is if there’s a domestic disturbance, somebody has to go to jail. So I was taken to jail for that and while she was talking to them she told them about how I had thrown her phone and so that was the robbery issue.”

Despite the domestic violence enhancement that was part of his charges, Johnson assured that “there was never any domestic abuse of any kind.”

“I have never laid hands on a woman anytime in my entire life. I was in the Marine Corps, I was taught core values, I have a sister, I am a very overprotective brother — if she ever felt in danger, I would want her to call. If any women out there ever feel like they are in any danger, I urge you to call 911. I can totally understand why Annalise felt threatened whenever I took her phone, but I am 100 percent confident any type of domestic abuse charges are going to be dropped because there was never any type of domestic abuse at all whatsoever. Never laid my hands on a woman,” he said.

Johnson then apologized for his actions and extended his remorse to Mishler about the situation.

“I’m sorry for the entire situation. I’m sorry for anybody who had to see it, who’s been triggered by this. I am so sorry to Annalise for feeling threatened,” he said, and concluded, “I’m working on myself to get better. All I can do is put my best foot forward and try to be a better person every day from here on out and make less mistakes in life,” he said.

He concluded by asking people to “not be so quick to take judgment.”

“And I hope that everyone out there can not be so quick to take judgment,” he said. “Hopefully this explains a little bit of the situation and there can be some understanding.”

Woman Dies After Drinking Single Sip from Bottle of Wine Laced with MDMA

A woman in Belgium died after taking one sip of wine from a bottle that had been laced with MDMA, the active ingredient in ecstacy.

The 41-year-old from Puurs, Belgium took one sip of red wine from the Dutch brand Black & Bianco in December, The Guardian reported Thursday.

The woman, who has not been identified, reportedly stopped drinking the wine, from a 2016 bottle of red merlot cabernet sauvignon, after just one sip because of a bad taste — but that was enough to cause her to collapse not long after.

She was taken to the hospital and died five days later from the amount of the drug she had consumed, the BBC reported.

Black & Bianco issued a statement on the incident, explaining that the company only recently became aware of the woman’s death as part of a criminal investigation.

The company also stated that the bottle had been manipulated and did not have an original Black & Bianco cork.

According to photos shared by the company, the brand’s corks are black and include the words “Black & Bianco,” but the cork from the bottle of this woman was beige and had no branding.

Black & Bianco also said that it had checked its inventory of the red merlot cabernet sauvignon 2016 as a “precautionary measure” and expressed that customers can also check their own bottles by making sure it has the correct kind of cork, and to alert authorities if any evidence of tampering is found.

The woman’s sister told a local newspaper that the woman who died “was 100 percent against drugs.”

“She was completely unacceptable with people who used drugs or walked around under the influence,” she said, according to The Guardian. “We also do not understand where that bottle came from. She only drank one sip.”

Black & Bianco said that the bottle the woman drank from is only available in Belgium online, but the BBC reported that she worked at a store that sold items that had been confiscated from the country’s federal finance service.

However, a spokesperson for the finance ministry told the outlet that the store no longer sells food or drink to individuals and that employees are not allowed to take anything home.

The 17-year-old Canadian native dropped an emotional video Thursday for her latest single “i drive me mad,” a feverish track inspired by her own battles with anxiety and panic attacks.

“‘I Drive Me Mad’ was a really important song to me because it’s a look inside my brain and the anxiety and panic I deal with nearly every day,” says the singer in a statement.

The song was written after a “really bad panic attack,” she adds. “It made it so honest and easy to write. It’s the first song I’m putting out that I feel like has a really important relatable message, and I’m super excited about this one.”

Last week, Ren teased her new track on Instagram, telling fans that anxiety is something “I’ve been trying to deal for a while now.”

The singer’s debut EP teenage angst is set for release on March 13, and she will also perform her first U.S. live shows in New York City and Los Angeles in the days following.

Happy Days Star Cathy Silvers Breaks Leg While Hiking and Is Airlifted to the Hospital

Cathy Silvers is opening up about how a romantic day of biking and hiking with her boyfriend ended with her in the hospital.

On Sunday, Silvers, 58, was trekking back down through the canyons in Santa Clarita, California when the actress heard an alarming cracking sound in her leg, she told TMZ.

It was then that she realized that she was unable to walk.

Due to the sudden injury, that left her completely immobile, Silvers’ boyfriend had to carry her the rest of the way, Silvers explained to the outlet. The descent took him over an hour and it was only their second date, she noted.

Once they made it down far enough, Silvers’ boyfriend called 911.

However, it wasn’t until a few hours after the call for help that search and rescue officials located Silvers. A helicopter was later dispatched, and she was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

Throughout the harrowing ordeal, Silvers told TMZ that she was in unbearable pain.

Upon her arrival at the hospital, Silvers learned that she broke two bones.

In photos obtained by TMZ, Silvers showed off a thick bright purple cast on her leg.

A rep for Silvers did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

A spokesperson for the Santa Clarita Valley Search and Rescue team also did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Silvers is most known for her role as Jenny Piccolo on the beloved TV series Happy Days.

The show first premiered in 1974 and ran for 11 seasons. The final episode aired on Sept. 24, 1984.

Silvers is also author of Happy Days Healthy Living: From Sitcom Teen to Health-Food Scene, which details her life in Hollywood and her relationship with her TV star father Phil Silvers.

In the picture, Jenner can be seen wearing the highly sought-after shoes, which are set to hit shelves on Feb. 28, as well as a black leather jacket and grey joggers. She accessorized the casual chic look with a pair of sunglasses and a purple Hermès Birkin handbag.

PEOPLE reported in October that Jenner and Scott — who share 2-year-old daughter Stormi — had decided to take a break from their relationship after over two years together. Jenner publicly confirmed the news a few days later, tweeting, “Travis and I are on great terms. Our main focus right now is Stormi. Our friendship and our daughter is priority.”

Months after the split, the pair have continued to spend time together as they co-parent their daughter. Most recently, they were spotted heading to an Oscars afterparty with Jenner’s sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian. The two also celebrated Stomi’s birthday as a family with a trip to Disney World and an extravagant party.

“They are very happy,” a source recently told PEOPLE. “It seems too early to say that they are officially back together, though.”

Jenner “doesn’t want the pressure to announce that they are back together until there is more of a commitment from Travis,” the source said, adding that she has “has done very well” without him.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar published earlier this month, Jenner shared that she still has a “great relationship” with the musician.

“We stay connected and coordinated,” she added. “I think about in situations with Stormi, what they would do. They were very hands-on with me, and I want the same for Stormi.”
